Cancellations policy: a) up to 30 days before the date of the event: no costs b) 29 to 15 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the agreed services c) 14 to 8 days before the date of the event: 75 % of the agreed services d) 7 to 1 day before the date of the event: 100 % of the agreed services. The Eventfrog platform charges a small fee to process the refund. This means that you will NOT receive 100% if you need to cancel it. Please only purchase the ticket if you agree with it.
