Why an Aerial Soundbath?
The power of rocking can be connected to our earliest instincts: for the first nine months of life, we’re gently rocked in the womb and as a baby, whilst being held. A comforting motion we carry throughout life. Studies suggest rocking can also synchronize brain waves, fostering deeper relaxation and even enhancing sleep quality.
This experience goes beyond traditional sound healing. The hammock’s gentle support allows your body to fully relax, promoting deep tension release and enhanced comfort as your weight is evenly distributed. As you float, you can clear your mind of mental chatter and cultivate a deep sense of tranquility and surrender.
What to Expect?
