Drop into presence and activate your life force through a one-hour breathwork journey guided by two incredible facilitators: Jenny Quénard & Dominique Andereggen, a couple who is certified Wim Hof Method instructors, and have guided over 2000+ people.

Gather around a lovingly prepared table for a colorful, homemade vegetarian brunch.
