We have been working on a 12 week Half & Full Marathon plan to prepare Beginner & Intermediate Runners for the Zurich (Half-) Marathon in April and we are beyond excited to finally launch it. 

The training plan starts on Monday, the 20th of January (12 weeks before Zurich Marathon).

Access to the plan via Google Drive will be available as of mid January, exact date TBA.

What's included:

  • 12 Week Training Plan for either the Half- or Full Marathon (All the training plans include different types of runs such as intervals, easy recovery runs, long runs etc. & strength exercises for runners)

  • Videos to guide you through your strength sessions (access via Google Drive)

  • Explanation on what and how to do certain runs & what the different zones are (eg. Threshold, Fartlek etc. / Zone 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.)

  • Exclusive Kick Off Event on the 20th of January @Kineo Runners Lab Seefeld with a running analysis & a special discount on goods purchased at their store

  • Shoe Test @Kineo Runners Lab Seefeld & Social Get Together (approximately around beginning of march, exact date TBA)

  • Access to the Marathon Prep Community via Whats App where you can ask questions, plan runs with your fellow marathonis
