"Am I Comfortable Enough?" critically examines patriarchal norms imposed on women, challenging expectations that women must suppress assertiveness, persistence, and personal boundaries to remain “comfortable.” This provocative, visually striking performance explores gender equality, empowers diverse voices, and fosters meaningful dialogue about societal roles.
The show combines surreal aesthetics and playful energy, inviting audiences into a reflective engagement. The performance is followed by a thematic discussion with experts and the audience, exploring issues raised in the performance and the challenges women face globally, providing a platform for collective reflection and empowerment.
The performance is a part of the IETM Festival program.
