Welcome to the photo exhibition by Anna Korbut, an art-science collaboration in the frame of the BGB research initiative by Eawag and WSL. Vernissage at Eawag Dübendorf, Forum Chriesbach hall, 18th October, 12:30.
This exhibition illustrates how aquatic and terrestrial habitats intertwine and influence each other. Observe how leaf decomposition, insects, and species like mayflies, stoneflies, and snails interconnect land and water, forming a network of life sustained by flows of creatures, energy and nutrients.
Each photograph, taken in the cantons of Aargau, Lucerne, and Graubünden, offers a glimpse into this rich ecological diversity. The collaborative project between the Blue-Green Biodiversity Research Initiative and photographer Anna Korbut explores the connections between aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems through an artistic perspective.
Vernissage on October 18th, 12:30.
The exhibition is open Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 October 18th to November 5th.
