Come and join our second workshop of Turkish/Kurdish cooking with Chef Elif. This time Chef Elif will teach you how to make the delicious Gozleme in her beautiful hobby garden. Gozleme is a savoury Turkish stuffed turnover, with numerous fillings.
Elif Gölgeli is a specialist in Turkish and Kurdish cuisine. Before she retired, Chef Elif had a permanent place in the heart of the market hall (Nane Sele). For several years, this culinary maestro has been delighting the masses with her delicious Turkish creations, and now you have the exclusive opportunity to taste some of the best!
