In this special Yoga Workshop focusing on the Winter energy, we retreat and reflect on year behind us:
- What new behavior did I foster this year?
- What do I want to nurture now?
- How does retreat feel in my body?
What to expect
This workshop includes:
- A Slow Flow and a Restorative Yoga Session for deep-relaxation
- Meditation and breathing (Pranayama) to connect to you
- Sharing circles and exercises based on Coaching and Mindfulness approaches
- Connecting to yourself and other wonderful individuals in a safe space
- A hand-out with simple elements to continue your journey at home
Just come as you are - the workshop is very accessible and there is no previous experience needed. This is a safe space to experiment, relax, grow and laugh together.
Language will be English/German (depending on participants)
Bring a water bottle and comfortable cloths for gentle movements incl. a hoodie and warm socks for the relexation part with you!

As in all my sessions, there is two prices (150CHF/80CHF). Pay what you can, based on your personal income situation.
