Join me at the beautiful VVOO YOGA STUDIO, at Dufourstrasse 90, 8008 Zürich, on a special Yoga journey to cultivate (Self-) Kindness.
In this special Yoga Workshop, we dive into the tools of Yoga and Meditation to appreciate our inner wisdom, tend to our needs and practice how to be compassionate with us and the people around us.
What to expect
This workshop includes:
- A Inner Strength Flow and a Releasing Yin Yoga Session
- Meditation and breathing (Pranayama) practices
- Sharing circles and exercises based on Coaching and Mindfulness approaches
- Connecting to yourself and other wonderful individuals in a safe space
- A hand-out with simple elements to continue your journey at home
Just come as you are - the workshop is very accessible and there is no previous experience needed. This is a safe space to experiment, relax, grow and laugh together.
Language will be English/German (depending on participants)
Bring a water bottle and comfortable cloths for movements incl. a hoodie and warm socks for the relexation part with you!
