Saturday Yoga Workshop Series at CAP Creative Arts Project

When we soften, we can receive. In this workshop, we explore the balance between effort and ease—inviting in new ideas, sensations, and inspiration through movement. We'll begin with breathwork and journaling to awaken your creative awareness. The physical practice will be a playful and fluid vinyasa sequence designed to unlock hips and shoulders, followed by a guided intuitive movement session where you can explore self-expression through yoga. We’ll close with yin postures and time for a simple creative expression (like drawing or writing) to let your inner voice be seen.
