ECSTATIC DANCE BIRD
We are gathering together for ecstatic dance to celebrate life and all its facets and colours through authentic dance. We practice PRESENCE, CONNECTION and feeling WILD.
CONTENT:
We begin on time with an open circle, to arrive and tune-in.
This is followed by a warm up into the dance Led by a facilitator.
The DJ leads us into a musical journey, and we end with a laying down sound bath for integration. We end the journey with a closing circle.

18:30- 19:15- Arive, Drink Cacao, mingle and connect.
19:15 - Doors close
19.15 - 19:45 Opening Circle & Warm-up into Dance - Led by Ariella Azran
19:45 - 21:30- Ecstatic Dance- DJ SUB-TILL ( Ecstatic Dance Freiburg)
21:30 - 22:00 - Sound Bath
22:00 - Closing Circle
*PREMIER SPECIALS*
- 22:30 - Evening Rhein dip (Optional) - K-haus is located on the Rhein river in the city center. Depnding on the group flow dipping into the water is a step away!
- We are gifting a free 100% Cacao drink for the premier! make sure to arrive early to enjoy it
