Join us for this magical DAY RETREAT to cultivate small rituals for daily magic.

Artful blends of movement, somatic explorations, sensitively curated breathwork, dance, free movement and the co-creation of a trustworthy collective.

NURTURE: This day invites you back to resonance with the source. A day to re-learn and re-cultivate intuitive practices of resourcing and nurturing ourselves and others. 

What to expect:

• Full day retreat (10.00 - 17.00)
• 2-3 movement practices: 
  embodied yoga, free movement, somatic explorations
• breathwork session:
  conscious connected breathing
• Sharing circle
• Lunch and all snacks are included
• Limited spots available
• All levels are welcome
   

Come as you are, all practices will be inclusive, no prior knowledge of yoga or movement is required.

Location: Silent Power Retreat House in Aeugst am Albis (30 minutes from Zürich, Luzern and Zug)

Energy Exchange: CHF 170 incl. lunch & snacks (CHF 150 if you bring a friend)
