Together, we'll explore balance, strength, and stability by connecting with our most essential tools - the mind & body.
First we will start the morning with an interactive session, where we'll directly experience what it means to connect with and understand our bodies. You're invited to explore, feel deeply within, and share in our circle.
Pranayama – YOGIC BREATHING EXERCISES
After the interactive session, we'll move into a pranayama meditation — a powerful breathing practice that enhances mental focus, calms the nervous system, and promotes overall well-being. It's the perfect foundation for the yoga flow that follows.
Vinyasa Yoga
Next, Renjith will guide us through a Vinyasa Yoga session - a dynamic, flowing style that links movement with breath.
At its core are the postures (asanas), helping us build focus, presence, and a deeper understanding of the body.
Yoga Nidra – YOGIC SLEEP
We'll settle into a short meditation, followed by Yoga Nidra - also known as yogic sleep. This guided practice induces a state of deep relaxation, where the body rests while the mind remains aware.
Lunch
After the workshop with Renjith, we invite you to enjoy a healthy and ayurvedic lunch-nourishing your body after a deep connection within.

About Renjith
Renjith Choorakkad, an experienced yoga instructor from India with decades of dedication to the practice, is in Switzerland for a short time and is offering a unique workshop.
Once a year, Renjith travels through Europe and the US, sharing deep, embodied wisdom of body, mind, and soul through classes and workshops.
We are more than happy to welcome Renjith to Haus Wabi Sabi here in Lachen.
