Then we go into a guided mediation to reconnect with the Higher Self. After that, we have a lecture part in which we dive into the topic of the energetic nature of the universe. We will bust some myths around common spiritual misperceptions which are disempowering such as the belief in enemies and separation, possessions and entity attachments and the need to protect yourself from „bad“ energy.
