Eine Flasche, die man öffnet, ist eine Flasche, die man austrinkt! Das ist das Motto von Ilona Hunkeler von Ô Faya Farm. Denn nach ihr müssen Weine fröhlich sein, viel Frische und Lebendigkeit haben – und eben Trinkspass bieten.
Auf einem einsamen Hügel im Wallis liegt Ilonas kleine Farm. Hier lebt sie mit ihrer Familie, vielen Schafen, Hühnern, Hunden und Pferden, umgeben von Aprikosengärten und Reben. Ihre Weine entstehen mit minimalem Einsatz von Zusatzstoffen und ganz ohne Pestizide. Die kunstvollen Etiketten gestaltet Ilona übrigens selbst – manchmal mit der Unterstützung von Tochter Emma.
