We play 4 rounds of swiss, even if there are more than 16 players.
Rule Enforcement Level: Regular. For this tournament, you do not need a decklist. However, the deck still must consist of original Magic the Gathering cards legal in the pioneer format, and main deck must be at least 60 cards and the sideboard no more than 15 cards.
