After a successful event in June we decided to do it again, but this time even in a more central location, on Bellevue!
During the event, we will have a 50-minute stretching session followed by a 20-minute sound healing meditation. At the end of the class, we will enjoy some prosecco with an amazing view of our beautiful Zurich.
As always, I will be responsible for the training part, and Giancarlo, who practices sound healing, will play the handpan for us.
It's the best way to start your weekend and work on your health and spirit.
