Energising YOGA AT THE RHEINFALLS

This Friday 26 April and next Friday 3 of May

-Topic: Melting the tension and activating your heart centre.

This is both a gentle and energetic session to relax the body and awaken your inner energy.

-Location: Reinart Gallery, directly at the Schaffhausen waterfall! Getting all its powerful sound & vibration! 💦🌊🥰 

*It’s only 1h away from Zurich and the short trip is totally magical and worth it, for me: )

-Time: 18:30 but you can also come earlier and have a walk in the waterfalls and also see the Gallery 🌊

-Cost: donation. But already your presence is enough! So, do not hesitate to come 🤗

-Bring: yoga mat (or ask me)

-Program: This session is part of the “Fortuna” exhibition at the Reinart Gallery.

Afterwards there will be Sand art 🏜️ and then an amazing puppetry show and ending with a live dj set.
