Soul Journeys - Yoga, somatic movement & more

Soul Journey is where the wisdom of yoga and somatic movement intertwines with creative body and mindfulness based coaching to guide you on a exploration of your life and self.

Welcome to this workshop!  I have created Soul Journey around the things, experiences and practices that I hold dear.  Yoga is a big part of it, but I add bits and pieces from other modalities to create a truly unique experience for you and the other participants. If you're curious about coming together in a safe, warm and friendly space open to all, then you've come to the right place!

What to Expect

- Gentle yet powerful practices moving body, energy, spirit and heart using movement, breath and meditation

- Creative coaching approaches to unlock new pathways to self-awareness and empowerment

- A safe and nurturing space to explore, grow, reflect and transform

- Facilitation by the help of sound, smell, and gentle assisting touch to deepen the experience

- Opportunities for connecting to yourself and wonderful people

- A very cozy and intimate setting, making sure everyone gets a supported experience
 

This workshop is for you if you're seeking clarity, deeper self-awareness, connection to your body and want to explore empowerment and joy.

About Sonya

Hi there, I'm Sonya, a yoga and meditation devotee whose journey began in childhood, exploring temples with my mom. Now, as a yoga teacher since 2018, I blend tradition with my own touch - informed of different modalities. When I'm not on the mat, I treasure family time with my little one and I'm a co-leader of a People and Organizational Development department at a big hospitality company - fostering human connection and mindfulness.

Dates & Themes

Each workshop is designed with a specific theme guiding the work.

• June 6th - Connecting with Nature: Explore how you can ground yourself in and with nature, tap into nature’s wisdom and deepen your connection with the natural world.

• July 7th -Understanding your Energy: Open new pathways to self-awareness, healing and restoration, focusing on strategies to balance your energy levels and ignite your inner fire.

• August 25th - Creating Healthy Boundaries: Invite deeper connections and insights into understanding and setting healthy boundaries in your life and reclaiming your space.

• October 13th - Harnessing the Power of Anger: Dive into the transformative potential of anger and explore techniques for channeling and expressing this powerful emotion in constructive ways.

• Dezember 1st - Loving in a Way Only You Can: Understanding what truly brings you love, how to grow love for yourself and cultivate deep connections with others.

13:00-16:00 at beautiful Younion Yoga (Winterthurerstrasse 47, 8006 Zürich, near Seilbahn Rigiblick).

Exchange

You can either buy a ticket for a single workshop date or you can buy passes to attend multiple workshop dates.  Important: If you are buying a pass to attend more than one workshop, please let me know by email which dates you would like to attend.

I want this offer to be available to everyone, which is why we offer a discounted pricing model. I trust that those of you who choose our discounted prices do so in good faith. Flexible payment plans are available upon request.

Additionally, I extend an opportunity for karma yogis to join these workshops at no cost, in exchange for their assistance in setting up the space and creating a welcoming environment for all participants.

Registrations are final and non-refundable. If you can’t attend after all, you can pass on your ticket to someone else or change to another date upon availability. The second option might include an additional fee).
