This workshop focuses on developing your ability to stay present and grounded while experiencing strong sexual energy. You will explore how your arousal, awareness, and inner authority can exist at the same time. This work is based on the book Orgasmic Blueprint and offers a clear, body-based approach to working with sexual energy.
The practices are centered on sensory inflow, clear structure, and guided edging experiences. Your sexual energy is approached as something you can train and refine, creating stable patterns in your nervous system that support clarity, depth, and embodied presence.
You will work with the Three-Minute Game, consent practices, and edging exercises to develop your attention, nervous system regulation, and sustainable pleasure. Over time, your pleasure will become more accessible and integrated, supporting deeper connection with yourself and others.
The Masculine is used as an energetic principle rather than a gender identity. It refers to direction, containment, steadiness, and inner leadership. The workshop is open to all genders. Integrating this principle supports grounded intensity

Guidelines
- The workshop container is clear and respectful. Each participant chooses their own level of engagement and is expected to feel comfortable with others exploring embodied experiences in their own way.
- There is no penetration, and no exchange of bodily fluids. Clear boundaries create safety, and safety allows deeper and longer experiences to unfold.
- This workshop welcomes individuals, couples, and intimacy professionals who want to explore their sexual potential through presence, embodiment, and conscious relating.

Facilitator – Matthias Schwenteck
Matt has over 30 years of experience in sexual embodiment work. Born in Germany, he has been teaching internationally for more than 15 years, offering workshops, trainings, retreats, and one-on-one sessions for individuals, couples, and Facilitators.
He is the author of the book Orgasmic Blueprint, founder of the Somatic Consent Online Academy, and creator of Somatic Eros and the Edging Mentorship. His work combines consent-based practice, nervous system awareness, erotic embodiment, and spiritual development into a grounded, practical approach.
