I ordered as a guest – can I convert it to a user account?

Yes! Even if you ordered as a guest, you can later use your email address to create a regular Eventfrog account. This is particularly useful if you can no longer find your order confirmation – this way you’ll regain access to your tickets.

How it works

1. Go to the Eventfrog login page.
2. Click on «Forgot password?».
3. Enter the e-mail address you used when you ordered as a guest.
4. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
5. You can then log in to your Eventfrog account with your e-mail address and new password.

Via the order confirmation

In your guest order confirmation you will also find a green button labelled «Create password». By clicking on it, you can set a password straight away and convert your guest order into an account.
