How do I get my money back if I have bought a ticket for an event with a «money-back guarantee»?

If you have purchased a ticket for an event with a «money-back guarantee» and it is cancelled, we will refund your money automatically.

The «money-back guarantee» ensures that the full ticket price will be automatically refunded to you within 7 days. You do not need to contact the organisers or Eventfrog for this. The credit will be made to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Why does not every event have a «money-back guarantee»?

The  «money-back guarantee» must be requested by the organiser for the respective event. This is a service provided by Eventfrog that guarantees the organiser a secure and fast refund in case of an event cancellation. All event organisers are free to use this service.
