How do I cancel a Flex ticket?

With a Flex-Ticket, you can easily cancel your ticket yourself – without contacting the event organiser. The refund will be processed automatically via Eventfrog.

Requirements

In order to cancel your Flex ticket, the following conditions must be met:

  • You selected a Flex-Ticket when you made your purchase (indicated by the label «Flex» on your ticket).
  • The cancellation period has not yet expired.
  • The ticket was paid for online (e.g. with TWINT, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

The cancellation period is displayed directly when you purchase your ticket and is also shown on the ticket itself.

How to cancel

1. Open your order confirmation
You can find it in your inbox or in your Eventfrog account under «My Tickets».

2. Click on «Cancel ticket
You will be automatically redirected to the Eventfrog cancellation page.

3. Confirm your cancellation
Confirm your cancellation minus the 1.5% Flex cancellation fee. After confirmation, you will receive an email with the cancellation confirmation.

4. Get your money back
The ticket price will be automatically refunded via the payment method used at the time of purchase, minus the cancellation fee.
