How do I receive an invoice with VAT shown?

If you sell tickets via Eventfrog as an organiser and are liable for VAT, you must enter your VAT number in the Cockpit. This ensures that ticket buyers receive a VAT-compliant receipt and that VAT can be paid correctly.

The statement you receive will only show net sales including VAT. The VAT shown on this statement relates exclusively to the services provided by the platform, such as model prices, payments on account and similar.
