How can I set up my own box offices?

You can set up individual people or places such as shops, bookshops, cafés or tourist information centres as your own box offices. This allows them to sell tickets for your events directly without accessing your entire event organiser Cockpit.

What can a box office do?

The box office will find the ‘Presale’ function in the main menu of their user account. There, they can do the following for the assigned events:

• Select and sell tickets
• Print tickets
• Send tickets by email

They can’t change any event data or settings and have no access to your event organiser Cockpit.

How is the process handled?

Buyers pay the box office directly, for example in cash. Unlike with the official Eventfrog box offices, you settle accounts with the box office yourself. You can check how many tickets have been sold through each box office at any time under ‘Orders’ or in the ‘Statistics’.

Please note: Tickets sold via presale are deducted directly from the available ticket allocation and can no longer be sold online afterwards.
