Australian/German power Rock Duo POWDER FOR PIGEONS splices RAW ALTERNATIVE ROCK infusing elements of PUNK, METAL and many other genres into their relentlessly explosive and in your face wall of rock performances.
Singer and Guitarist Rhys builds his guitars out of Aussie timber by hand for his extra grotty, DROP TUNED, RUGGED SOUND. Female power drummer Meike crafted her drum chops in Los Angeles, with a label that belonged to the legendary Sound City Studios in Van Nuys.
The Las Vegas married couple has dedicated themselves completely to their music, based in Germany and Perth; either on tour or in their studio, the Power Duo keeps ripping out CHUNKY RIFFS and THUNDEROUS GROOVES that melt faces and spank eardrums.

Ein Hund, der „Nein“ sagt – und das mit Nachdruck. Dazu eine Gitarre. Ein Schlagzeug. Mehr braucht es nicht. Oder doch? Vielleicht schon, aber diese Band bleibt dabei: Zwei Musizierende, kein Gesang, dafür sechs Saiten, noch mehr Rhythmus – und jede Menge Haltung.
Sie weben instrumentale Sound-Teppiche, auf denen man gerne verweilt – irgendwo zwischen Post-Rock, Metal, Stoner, Noise und „Was zur Hölle war das gerade?“.
