Cello Relaxation Evening

You're welcome to join for an hour of deep relaxation, softly supported by the sound of the cello & soundscapes from nature.
Sit or lie down and receive the medicine of the sound. Let yourself dive within and give space for what wants to emerge.

Bring your favorite fluff to feel the most confortable; cushion, stuffed animal, blanket or even maybe a duvet, don't be shy :) Imagine a pyjama party.

We have yoga mats and a few big cushions to lie on.

Looking forward to embark on this journey together.
