- Status Assessment: Guided journaling to locate where you're stuck — not as a concept, but in your body. Followed by EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), a somatic method that works directly with the nervous system to release the patterns most common at your stage: the identity gap, the pull-back before visibility, the contraction around worth and pricing.
- Visionary Breathwork: A guided psychedelic breathing practice that opens what's been waiting underneath — not the vision you think you should have, but the one that's actually yours. The session closes with silence for integration and optional sharing.

ABOUT MELINDA
I work with self-employed creatives, coaches, and practitioners whose work is good — but income, clients, or momentum aren't consistent.
My background spans both worlds. I studied Luxury & Design Management and hold a Master's in International Business. I spent years working internationally for some of the biggest names in the cosmetics industry — then chose a different path. Seven-plus years into my own entrepreneurial journey, I've built a successful online business and developed a practice that sits at the intersection of somatic work and business coaching.
I built this workshop because I've lived the problem it addresses. I know what it's like to have the talent, the credentials, the drive — and still be in a phase where things should be working, but aren't yet. The tools here are the same ones I'm using myself.
