Morning → Status Assessment

We start with reconnecting to what you actually want. Through breathwork and journaling, you reconnect with your real vision to structure your goals and processes from a place of clarity instead of scarcity. We also look at how growth cycles work, so you can see where you are in your own development and what that stage is silently asking of you.

Midday → Identity Work

You'll learn how stress patterns shape the way you operate your business. You'll experience a somatic release through EFT tapping that helps you move into your next level version and break through your own limitations.

Afternoon → Networking

Speaking your truth in a safe space with people who get it creates perspective you don't get in isolation. You leave with real connections, and a clear understanding of what to focus on next in your business.

ABOUT MELINDA

I work with self-employed coaches, founders and practitioners whose work is good — but income, clients, or momentum aren't consistent. My background spans both worlds. I studied Luxury & Design Management and hold a Master's in International Business. I spent years working internationally for some of the biggest names in the cosmetics industry — then chose a different path. Seven-plus years into my own entrepreneurial journey, I've built a successful online business and developed a practice that sits at the intersection of somatic work and business coaching. I built this workshop because I've lived the problem it addresses. I know what it's like to have the talent, the credentials, the drive — and still be in a phase where things should be working, but aren't yet. The tools here are the same ones I'm using myself.
