In this weekend workshop we’ll explore, experience and unlock the power of empathy and self-empathy.
You’ll get a hands-on experience with the art of empathic listening - a way to support trust, compassion, and allowing a deeper connection to happen.
An entire workshop dedicated to Empathy?
Yes :) Empathy is the key to connection and understanding. It plays a huge role in every interaction we have - at work, in our relationships and in how we relate to ourselves (not to mentions politics..). Imagine what the world would look like if all of us had more empathy for each other!
Some of the subjects we’ll cover:
- How to connect with the feelings and worldviews of others (even when they contradict ours)
- Transcending listening habits that create disconnection
- Self-Empathy: The art of self-connection
- Empathy & Boundaries
- Empathy for Conflict Transformation
This workshop is based on Nonviolent communication (NVC) - a mindful communication approach developed by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. I'm a mediator, Certified Trainer for Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and NARM-Informed Professional. I am fascinated by human connection, empathy, and dialogue. Since 2018, I've been helping individuals, couples, and teams have courageous conversations and transform their conflicts.
