BREWING BASICS WITH A PANAMA GEISHA
Learn the basics of slow coffee with a famous Panama Geisha – a coffee so expressive that every brewing choice shows in the cup. Explore gravity percolation (pour-over), immersion and hybrid methods: first understand the principles behind each, then put them to the test side by side. You’ll leave with simple tips and tricks to brew better coffee at home… and a few surprises along the way!
