WingLab is a 6-week pilot program designed to bring women together in small, matched teams. Together you will exchange experiences, explore opportunities, and take your first steps toward a potential business idea.

Program at a Glance

Duration: 6 weeks 
Format: weekly workshop (3h) + optional teamwork in between
Teams: 2 women matched based on interests and skills

Weeks 2–5 – Explore & Build
Each week focuses on one key block:

Practical Details

  • Start: Monday, October 27th 2025
  • Sessions: 6 Mondays (27/10, 3/11, 10/11, 17/11, 24/11 and 01/12) from 09:00-12:00
  • Location: SO20 - Haus des Lernens, St.-Oswalds-Gasse 20, 6300 Zug (Zitsungszimmer 3/03)
  • Spots: Limited to 8 participants.
    Selection will be based on creating diverse and complementary matches from the questionnaire answers.
  • Commitment: Symbolic participation fee CHF 49 and attendance at the 6 sessions
