Yoga for Boulder*innen - Co-Creating a Flow, with Vicky Baderna (she/they)
This workshop is an invitation to co-create movement. Together, we will explore how yoga asanas and natural movement can respond to the real needs of our bodies — whether strength, mobility, stretch, or release. Rather than following a fixed sequence, we will build flows from within, connecting with what each person is looking for and allowing collective creativity to shape the practice.
The session will begin with a short breath, meditation, and movement flow to arrive in the body and mind.
From there, we will gently understand what each of us is looking for — strength, mobility, softness, or simply space to rest. With guidance and inspiration from yoga traditions, we’ll experiment with how movement arises in the body and how it connects with your moment.
Rather than aiming for fixed poses or "perfect" flows, the focus will be on listening, playing, and embodying — allowing each person to discover movements that make sense for them in the moment.
Together, we’ll root into our bodies, experiment with flow, and create feminist space for movement, connection, and joy.
The roots of this practice come from Sri Krishnamacharya and Parveen Nair.
