Join Bahar Gökbender, Istanbul-born private chef and food storyteller, and discover authentic flavours once celebrated in Ottoman palace kitchens and cherished in Istanbul homes.

Together, we’ll prepare and enjoy a vibrant menu capturing the essence of Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine:

Menu Highlights:
• Vişneli Yaprak Sarma – vine leaves stuffed with herbed rice & sour cherries
• Börek with Feta & Herbs – golden filo pastry, baked to perfection
• Muhammara – roasted red pepper & walnut dip with Turkish pide
• Ali Nazik Kebab – smoky grilled eggplant purée with spiced köfte
• Künefe – crisp kadayıf pastry with melted cheese & pistachios

Throughout the evening, Bahar shares stories, traditions, and insider tips from Istanbul’s food culture — making it an experience of connection, taste, and storytelling.

Begleiten Sie Bahar Gökbender, Privatköchin und Food Storytellerin aus Istanbul, und entdecken Sie authentische Aromen, die einst in osmanischen Palastküchen gefeiert und in Istanbuler Familien liebevoll weitergegeben wurden.

Gemeinsam bereiten wir ein abwechslungsreiches Menü zu, das den Charme der türkischen und mediterranen Küchewiderspiegelt:
