Mitbringen: Rüstbrett und Messer für sich und das Kind, kleines Konfiglas für die Wildkräuter-Paste zum mit nach Hause nehmen.

Kommt mit ÖV, zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo, es hat nur wenige Parkplätze.

Unsere Naturdetektivin geht mit euch auf Wildkräutersuche und erklärt euch was essbar ist und was nicht. Unter fachkundiger Leitung sucht ihr die zarten Triebe der essbaren Wildkräuter und verarbeitet diese zu feinen Apérohäppchen, einer Wildkräuterpaste für zu Hause und als Garnitur für das anschliessende Frühlingsrisotto vom Feuer.
