Who owns public space?
In the heart of the bilingual city of Biel, over 5,000 m² of asphalt stretch out. The rectangular, light-gray surface feels ambivalent and invites reflection. It tells the story of a city caught between crisis and renewal—a choral reflection on urban development and the changing spirit of the times.
