2. Listening: Experience a curated selection of ambient and vinyl sounds that invite deep, shared listening—not as background, but as a focus for presence. Feel free to sit, lie down, or simply be.

3. Presence: Embrace a space free from expectations or performance. Allow yourself to rest, soften, and reconnect with your inner rhythm at your own pace.
