Danach führen wir durch ein geführtes, ausgiebiges Tasting. Wie sieht die Schokolade aus? Wie tönt sie beim abbrechen? Und wie wird Schokolade überhaupt degustiert? Welche Geschmacksnoten gibt es zu entdecken? Und eine kleine Spielerei: Schaffst du es, die degustierten Schokoladen aufsteigend nach Kakaogehalt zu ordnen?
