COME BREATHE. COME LISTEN. COME BACK TO YOURSELF.

Conscious breathwork meets live music in a held and guided space for healing and rejuvenation.

The breath opens the door.
The music carries you through it.

Josh plays live - clarinet, guitar and piano, with gentle melodies and ambient sound. The music is created in the moment and follows the breath of the group. At the end, the crystal singing bowls carry you into stillness.

THE EVENING
Arrival & introduction
- How the breath affects the nervous system
- What breathwork is and how the evening will unfold
- Clear safety guidance

Warm-up breathing
- Gentle exercises to prepare body and breath
Breathwork journey with live music (approx. 45 - 60 minutes)
- Guided conscious connected breathing
- You lie down and are fully guided throughout - Josh plays live alongside

Crystal sound & integration
- As you rest in the landscape the breath has opened, the crystal bowls carry you into deep rest and stillness

Closing
- Grounding, so you go home calm and clear
- Tea and a little something sweet
- Optional sharing - no pressure to speak

Please eat only something light before (ideally 2 hours earlier). If you can, don't plan anything right after, so you have time to integrate.

WHAT TO BRING
You will be lying down and breathing for about an hour - make yourself warm and cosy.
- Yoga mat
- Blanket, cushion, warm socks - whatever keeps you warm
- Comfortable, loose clothing
- Water bottle
- Your own eye mask (optional - some are available to borrow)
- A crystal, if you like
- A journal - insights often come after the breath
Participation is always voluntary, and you are free to pause or stop at any time.

WHO THIS IS FOR
- Anyone feeling stressed, tired or disconnected
- Professionals and people under pressure
- Anyone curious about breath and sound in a grounded, non-esoteric way
- Complete beginners and experienced breathers alike
No prior experience required. Held in English and German.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing patterns to influence the nervous system, emotional regulation and mental clarity.
Modern research shows that conscious breathing can:
- reduce stress and burnout symptoms
- support emotional regulation and resilience
- improve focus and decision-making
- support better sleep and recovery
- help regulate the nervous system under pressure

A NOTE ON GROUP ENERGY
Breathwork in a group is not a silent meditation.
The breath often becomes deeper and louder, and the body may express itself in its own way - a sigh, movement, tears, laughter, words, sometimes even a shout.
None of this is expected of you, and nothing has to happen.
Some sessions are quiet, others are more alive. Both are normal - it is simply something letting go.
If something in the room touches or activates you, that is often valuable information about your own process - and I am here to support you with it.
Come ready to stay with your own breath and your own experience, rather than what is happening around you.
You are always free to pause, rest or step out if you need to.
This applies to group sessions. A 1:1 session is a different experience - just you and me, in a calm space and at your own pace. If a group feels like too much for now, that can be a gentle place to start.
