Evolution Flow: A Magical Experience

Imagine an evening of remembering where we come from.

From the Big Bang, to stardust, to the tribes sitting around a fire, moving together, breathing together, trusting each other. Somewhere along the way we learned to be afraid and to hold ourselves tight. Most of us carry that tightness in our bodies without knowing it.

Evolution Flow is a three-hour journey back to your essence. You will move, breathe and let go in a safe, guided space. Through embodiment and breathwork, you meet your highest self. The result is simple: tension and stress release, and joy, gratitude and purpose switch back on. No dance experience is needed, and you choose how far to go in every moment. You can always slow down or sit out.

I’m David Lamka. I spent 15 years in Latin America as a coach, primal embodiment facilitator, energy healer, breathwork facilitator and sacred retreat organizer. This evening is what those years taught me, in a form you can feel in one night.
