Begleite uns auf eine immersive Klangreise, die einen meditativen Raum für Entspannung, Loslassen und das Eintauchen in innere Welten eröffnet.

Am Sonntagabend, 1. März 2026, laden wir dich ein, dich von den Schwingungen von Gongs, Monochord, Klangschalen und Gesang in hypnotische Klanglandschaften tragen zu lassen. Die Klänge und Vibrationen können einen Zustand tiefer Ruhe und innerer Weite unterstützen.

Das Friedhof Forum Sihlfeld bietet dafür in seinen historischen Räumen eine kunstvolle Teppichlandschaft, auf der du bequem liegen und ganz bei dir ankommen kannst.

Bitte bringe für diese 1,5-stündige Reise ein Kissen, eine Decke und eine Augenmaske mit, um es dir möglichst angenehm zu machen und dich ganz auf dein inneres Erleben einzulassen.
