Into the Flame is an embodied New Year experience inviting you to meet 2026 through breath, movement, sound, and connection.
Rather than focusing on resolutions or pressure, this journey offers space to awaken inner momentum, sense your direction, and open yourself to new opportunities and connections as the year unfolds.
The experience includes gentle breathwork, a guided free-movement dance journey, a short reflective connection exercise in pairs, and a grounding sound bath for integration.
Inspired by the forward-moving energy of the Year of the Horse, this journey invites clarity, vitality, and embodied direction.
No previous experience is needed. There is no choreography, no performance, and no pressure to participate in any specific way. You are always welcome to move, rest, or observe as feels right for you.
This is a calm, respectful, and carefully held space to meet the year awake, present, and embodied.

Eine Neujahresreise mit Atem, Tanz & Klang
Into the Flame ist eine verkörperte Neujahreserfahrung, die dich einlädt, dem Jahr 2026 durch Atem, Bewegung, Klang und Verbindung zu begegnen.
Anstelle von Vorsätzen oder Druck öffnet diese Reise einen Raum, um innere Bewegung zu spüren, deine Ausrichtung wahrzunehmen und dich für neue Möglichkeiten und Begegnungen zu öffnen, während sich das Jahr entfaltet.
Der Nachmittag beinhaltet sanfte Atemarbeit, eine geführte freie Tanzreise, eine kurze reflektierende Begegnungsübung in Zweiergruppen sowie ein erdendes Klangbad zur Integration.
Inspiriert von der vorwärtsgerichteten Energie des Jahres des Pferdes lädt diese Reise zu Klarheit, Lebendigkeit und verkörperter Ausrichtung ein.
Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. Es gibt keine Choreografie, keine Performance und keinen Druck, auf eine bestimmte Weise mitzumachen. Du bist jederzeit eingeladen, dich so zu bewegen, zu ruhen oder zu beobachten, wie es sich für dich stimmig anfühlt.
Dies ist ein ruhiger, respektvoll gehaltener Raum, um dem Jahr wach, präsent und verkörpert zu begegnen.
