Each class invites you to reconnect, unwind, and return to your body with softness and awareness. We begin with breath or mantra to centre, gently warm up, and move into a yoga style that reflects the season’s energy. The practice flows with nature’s rhythm, shifting monthly to support body, breath, and inner landscape. Every class closes in quiet rest, held by sound, guided meditation, Reiki, or gentle touch, inviting harmony back into body and mind. All levels are welcome: come as you are, leave grounded, open, and nourished.
