An Introduction to Hypnosis

On Valentine's morning l'll hold a beautiful space for you to cultivate love, kindness and joy within - through Hypnosis and connection. Together we’ll share 90 minutes of introspection, softness and expansion. A cozy, warm space for you to slow down and connect.
How the session flows:
The journey begins with a explanation of what hypnosis is (and what it’s not), so you can feel safe and oriented. I'll then guide you into a relaxed state to connect with your subconscious and begin experiencing it for yourself. After the hypnosis we’ll gather togethe and enjoy a warm cup of tea and some light snacks. It’s a save space for you to journal, share, ask questions or simply be present. 💛

Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in calmly. Wear comfortable clothes you feel good in and feel free to bring a journal, crystals etc if you’d like.
