Tribal Heartbeat is a powerful ecstatic dance journey inspired by African rhythms, primal movement, and the deep intelligence of the body.

This is not just a dance — it’s a remembering.

Through grounding beats, tribal grooves, and pulsating drums, we reconnect with something ancient within us. The part that knows how to move without thinking. The part that feels, expresses, and belongs.

We begin together in a circle, awakening the body through rhythm, breath, and simple group connection. From there, the music will guide us into a full ecstatic journey — from grounding and activation into wild expression, and finally into a deep, collective landing.
