Ganz im Sinne des Sternkreiszeichens Waage, das dem Element Luft zugeordnet ist, widmen wir uns an diesem Abend ganz bewusst unserer Stimme und lassen sie sanft und achtsam erklingen.

Gerade wenn du gerne singst und dich bisher noch nicht traust, oder wenn es dir manchmal schwerfällt, klar zu kommunizieren und gesunde Grenzen zu setzen, dann ist dieser Abend genau das Richtige für dich.

Alles, was du mitbringen darfst, ist die Offenheit, deine Stimme zu erforschen, sowie, wenn du hast, eine Rassel oder Trommel, eine Wasserflasche und ein Fell oder Kissen zum Draufsitzen.
