ICE ICE BABY: COLD PLUNGE SESSIONS

Get ready for the longest cold plunge in Zurich - 25 meters, to be exact! Our cold plunge sessions combine ice bathing with cozy fireside moments and steamy sauna sessions.

Join us (almost) every Thursday from 6pm to 8pm or Saturdays from 4pm to 6pm.

Start by warming up at the fire pit with a welcome drink like a hot Negroni and roast marshmallows over the flames.

All the essentials are included, with towel and bathrobe provided. Then, take your plunge and relax in the rooftop sauna, it’s all self-paced, no guide needed.

Finish off by chilling by the fire, soaking up the atmosphere, and celebrating the ultimate contrast of hot and cold.

Hot tip: Make your night complete with a delicious Italian dinner or aperitivo at Ribelli Restaurant. Reservation recommended.
