Bridging the Gaps in Education, Training, and Skills for Employment under Systemic Pressure

How can we strengthen the bridges between early learning, skills development, and employment in times of growing systematic pressure? The RECI-FoBBIZ Forum 2026 will explore how gaps across learning pathways can be identified and addressed, ensuring that every stage of the education-training-work continuum is supported and that no learner is left behind.

Through engaging discussions, shared insights, and practical examples, participants will examine how gaps across the education-training-work continuum can be addressed, ensuring that no learner is left behind, regardless of context. Guided by a differentiated, engaging, and action-based approach, the Forum provides a platform for exchanging ideas, strengthening collaboration, and shaping solutions for the future.
