Ecstatic Dance – Neuchâtel | Samedi 9 mai

L’Ecstatic Dance est un espace de mouvement et de danse libre, ouvert à toutes et tous, dans la bienveillance et le respect.

Un voyage musical immersif pour se reconnecter au corps, à soi et à l’instant présent, sans jugement ni performance.

La soirée commence par un warm-up guidé, suivi d’un DJ set évolutif mêlant rythmes world, tribal, organiques et électroniques, invitant à l’exploration et au lâcher-prise.

Nous dansons :

• pieds nus

• sans paroles

• sans substances

Aucune expérience en danse n’est nécessaire. Chacun·e est libre de bouger à son rythme, d’explorer et de ressentir pleinement.
