Lenzerheide Winter Weekend 2027

Welcome to the winter weekend event!

This is your chance to share your passion for the mountains, skiing or sledging with others and enjoy a social weekend. Do not worry if you are joining alone, there is many other people who are in your situation. If you have received access to this link, you need to know that you're invited to join us for a cozy weekend in the mountains together.

Participants are mainly young professionals , but of course, everyone is welcome to join. therefore, I assume you'd be a great fit ;)

The accommodation chosen is near the slopes with a walkable distance to allow maximum comfort. The accomadation has the possibility to enjoy the sauna and a hot tub after skiing, some leisure activities inside the House and a common room for a social evening and play games like foosball and pingpong. The house is also reachable by public transportation (please check the bus time plan to avoid inconvenience). And of course, many parking spots on site

What's Included per person for the standard offer:
2x Nights in either a double room or a 4-pax in shared room with a shared toilet
2x Day Ski Pass (partially refundable up to 5 days in advance)
2x Breakfast
2x Dinner (3-course meal)
2x Nights parking
2x Overnight stay taxes

Common room & leisure games

Room Description:
4-pax: Standard room shared between 4 people (men/mixed/couples) bunk beds with a shared toilet and shower on the same floor.
2-pax rooms: Double bed bedroom with a shared toilet and shower on the same floor.

Ski Lessons:
I'm in contact with Speciale Ski School and will do groups of 3-4 people per group max (for those who are interested). You can discuss it later in the WhatsApp group chat with others after purchasing the ticket.
The cost can range from 180.- to 700.- Depending on the prefernce for shared lessons or private lessons.

Reselling:
The tickets are allowed to be resold to others as long as you make sure that it is sold in the right category (male/female) and to inform the organizer, preferably within the WhatsApp group of the event or to other participants.

Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel your spot before this date: 31.12.2026
You'll receive a full-refund minus adminstartion fee of 30.- (Transaction + Administration costs)
Refund up to 50% between 01.01.2027 & 15.01.2027
Refunds are not possible starting from this date: 16.01.2027 except for ski pass.
2-Day-Ski pass part (125.-) fully refundable until 31.01.2027
Please note:
1. Cancellations are not wished; the aim of the event is to enjoy the weekend with people who share the passion for skiing.
2. If you decide to cancel, then wish to join again or find someone for your spot, under the condition that you received a partial/full refund, you need to accept that it is not possible, and the fees goes to the hotel whether they found a replacement for you or not.
